At Left Side LLC, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns for a refund within 30 days of your purchase. This is applicable provided the item has not been customized, remains unused, and is still in its original packaging.

• Returns are accepted only for products purchased directly from LeftSideArmory.com.
• All merchandise must be non-customized, unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
• Items purchased through third-party authorized dealers are subject to the dealer's return policy — contact them directly for more information.
• All returns must be initiated by contacting us within 30 days of the original purchase. An extended return period of 60 days is offered for orders placed between November 1st and December 30th.
• Once your return is approved, you will receive an email with return instructions.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• A packing slip must be included with all returns.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed. This period may extend during peak holiday times. Refunds will be issued to the original form(s) of payment used for the purchase. Left Side LLC does not offer store credit or gift cards for returned products, except when a Left Side LLC merchandise credit was applied to the original purchase.

• Customized products are not eligible for return.
• Returns of products purchased from third-party authorized dealers are governed by their respective policies.
• A Return Authorization, obtainable by contacting us, is required for all returns.
• Shipping costs from the original order and any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.
• For exchanges, return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
• Left Side LLC does not offer price matching with dealers or competitors.

• Pack your item securely to prevent damage during transit.
• Use either the original packaging or your own — ensure old tracking numbers are removed.
• Include the Return Authorization email or original order number inside the box (do not write directly on the product).
• Select a service with package tracking and keep the tracking number for your records. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Left Side LLC assures the Customer that the Product will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use as intended by Left Side LLC.

• If a defect arises, the sole remedy under this Limited Warranty is, at Left Side LLC's choice, either repair or replacement of the Product.
• The replacement may be with a current product that is most similar to the defective product.

• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage due to tampering, misuse, accidents, abuse, neglect, improper installation, misapplication, alterations, disasters, unauthorized repairs or modifications.

• This is the sole and exclusive warranty provided to the Customer for repair or replacement of a defective product.
• The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages.
• All other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly disclaimed.
• The duration of any implied warranties that cannot be disclaimed is limited to the Limited Warranty Period.
• Left Side LLC's maximum liability shall not exceed the price of the product paid by the Customer.
• Customers may incur reasonable shipping and handling charges for processing a warranty claim.

• Some states do not allow exclusions of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so these exclusions may not apply to every Customer.
• This Limited Warranty provides specific legal rights, and Customers may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

• The Customer acknowledges that Left Side LLC retains all intellectual property rights related to the Product and its marketing, sale, manufacture, or distribution.
• Left Side LLC grants the Customer a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Product for its intended purpose.
• The Customer is prohibited from copying, republishing, reproducing, transferring, reverse engineering, or altering the Product.

• This Warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan and, if applicable, the federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, without regard to conflict of law principles.
